To obtain a session key, please contact the ScottCare Service Department at 800-243-9412, service@scottcare.com or visit http://scottcare.com/contact-us. A service specialist will assist you as soon as they are available.

If you were given a session key regarding a previous issue, please enter the session key number and the service specialist working with that issue will be with you shortly.

Also, please press Run again when you get the security warning asking whether you want to run the software. The support software will automatically be removed when you close the support session.
